Soy Sauce Export to Batavia HQ
The following table shows the amount of soy sauce exported from the Nagasaki Trading Firm to Batavia HQ during the 56 years from 1737 to 1792.

From 1737 to 1760, soy sauce was exported to Batavia, and from there an amount was transferred to the Netherlands, and some was distributed to other Dutch trading firms located in countries in Asia. (See Panel 4)
